Matt Robertson trained at Adam Smith College (Kirkcaldy) where he attained a HND in Acting and Performance.

His work in theatre includes "Arch in The Greenhouse" (Kenny), "Cock and Bull Story" (Jacko), "Dracula" (Jonathan Harker), "Beauty and the Beast" (Phillipe) and "Look Back in Anger" (Jimmy Porter).
